Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving products. All refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" and promotional clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged. They are not covered by our standard return policy.

1. All returned children’s clothes must remain in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unmodified, with all original tags attached.

2. Stained, scratched or damaged items caused by personal wear cannot be accepted for return.

3. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. After we receive and check your returned parcel, your refund will be issued, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
